VGBio is seeking an innovative Web Developer to work as a core member of our team designing, implementing, maintaining and reinventing the company's revolutionary medical health monitoring web system. This product requires the latest advances in browser UI interactivity to provide medical practitioners a feature-rich workflow for advanced patient management driven by the company's proprietary analytics and remote sensor data.

This position will appeal to you if: You are self starter, comfortable working with minimal structure; enjoy the rapid-paced, idea-rich culture of a dynamic early phase tech company; love learning new technologies; and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done in a lean startup environment.

Preferred talents:

• US 4-yr bachelors degree or foreign equivalent
• 4+ years full-time experience in web development
• Solid ability to communicate, document, write well
• Solid experience developing with MVC frameworks (PHP)
• Excellent knowledge of Javascript, CSS, DHTML, AJAX
• Working knowledge of Linux / Apache
• Experience with JQuery, PHP, MySQL
