Venture Gain is the corporate entity behind VGBio (which is a "doing-business-as" or "DBA" name). All our legal documents are therefore in the name of "Venture Gain LLC", which is an Illinois limited liability company.

We started Venture Gain in 2005 with the broad notion of looking for opportunities to develop intelligent analysis solutions wherever vast amounts of data are becoming available. While the focus of Venture Gain was mainly in healthcare, the company was set up to enable "offspring" with sharper focus: Divisions of Venture Gain, joint ventures, or even spin-out companies. However, VGBio currently represents 100% of the effort of the staff at Venture Gain.
